My Genesis

Genesis marks the beginning of Francisco Prieto’s artistic journey—rooted in rupture, resilience, and transformation. Emerging from personal crisis and existential questions, these works confront fragility not as something to be hidden, but as a space of resistance and renewal.

Two cycles stand at the foundation of this path:

• Resilience and Freedom explores inner thresholds—moments of collapse and recovery, of constriction giving way to openness. These works are visual condensations of survival and rebirth.

• Fragile Balance expands the gaze to society, questioning the cracks within democracy, freedom, and power. Here, art becomes a mirror of collective uncertainty and quiet resistance.
