My work moves between photography and painting, questioning how the structures we inherit shape what becomes visible, accessible and possible.
In photography, I work with existing environments and the relationships that emerge through distance, repetition and sequence. In painting, I construct situations in which those relationships can take different forms.

The work that keeps a city functioning takes place while the city is already in use. Preparation, interruption and operation are not always separate conditions.

A route can be precisely defined without fully explaining the movement that takes place within it. Spatial order provides directions, but not a complete account of what follows.
Public Field

Activities that bring public spaces to life can also limit what else takes place there. Neither visible activity nor apparent openness tells us everything about a space's availability.

A photograph can establish what is visible without disclosing the experience behind it. The accuracy of a description is not the same as the completeness of an account.

The existence of a route or an open space does not guarantee the same possibilities to everyone. What people can actually do depends on conditions that the built environment only partly reveals.

Protection can become control; freedom can become withdrawal from responsibility. Fragile Balance holds these tensions together through figures, materials and unstable spaces without resolving them into a fixed political or moral position.
